Dr Coons is my guy! I've referred him for many years!

The doctor repaired my broken arm a few years ago. I was confident he would be truthful. I ask him to review the recent C Scan. Finally I saw the bone in the upper arm or what was left of it. He has ordered a needle aspiration and MzrI. ER Doctors never me tioned the problem just discharged me.

I received the great always given at this clinic and staff.

This was the 2nd time I saw Dr. Coons the first time was for a L&I visit, I saw him twice for that. I liked him so much I scheduled for a personal visit for a shoulder injury. He is great, keeps it real with outcomes & is actually "a person" you are not a number for him, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest care & bedside manner.

I was the last patient of the day, they were over an hour late and ready to go home. I waited over 2 months for this appointment. In all my care with Multicare this is the first time I wasn't real happy, though, and I know unforeseen things can happen so I'll be patient about it.

I like Dr. Coons very much. He is thorough and pleasant.

Dr. Coons brought another physician, perhaps in training into the appointment which was fine but he never introduced her to me. She just had to kind of stand there awkwardly. I finally introduced myself . both provide provided good care.

Dr. Coons was good he explained and looked for all the options explained them all offered me choices. It was good. He was good.

Dr. Coons is a pretty awesome guy. He took the time to look over my case before hand before I arrived and knew of my situation which actually took initiation of taking time out of his workday to look out for a patient. I really appreciate this cause when I talk to him, it wasn't like stirring into a glass ball that had no information he knew about my knee And the problems I had in the remedies that I've tried to fix it. He could speak to me like a mechanic, which I am in no certain terms, and we laid out a work plan. He answered my questions in all the different realms of my learning of healthcare treatment plans, and we came to a conclusion of the repair necessary, which both of us are very happy with This is odd in the day that we live in do the fact that everything is under a time constraint and there is no personal attention, but in this case, this gentleman did what he felt was right and if he treats all his patience like he's treating me, you've got one heck of a guy This is my second opinion on this matter with this company because the first opinion I got was your knee replacement guy who only cared about replacing a knee and if it fit his criteria, I was a great candidate, but since he doesn't really fix things, he just replaces things. I went to the guy that could actually figure it out was needed to be fixed and he is going to do that so that said you got two guys in there, but people need to know that there are two alternatives for every solution. The only problem is that I've had to wait months and I mean months to get my knee fixed due to the long wait and we can get into politics and other crap but I finally am being attended to. I appreciate it. This is my comment and I am sticking with it, {patient name removed} client I am a real person.

He was very good making sure I understood my condition and also options for care going forward answered all my questions

I felt rushed, like he didn't want to listen to what I was experiencing, patronized, and that he'd d bided what treatment he was recommending before he even entered the room

Things written in my after visit notes were not discussed in the exam room. But Dr. Coons answered my follow up questions that I submitted via Mychart. He called twice, when his first call was silenced by my phone and the message he left on my voice mail didn't get to my phone. He went out of his way to make sure my questions were addressed.

Dr Coons is the best!! My visit was awesome.i wasn't rushed at all.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Coons orthopedic surgeon. He is very kind informative and caring.

The doctor was great, but the extended delay would make me hesitate to recommend.

I felt a little rushed once he came in. Like, I didn't tell him I checked with my doctor about the X-rays. I felt like it seemed insignificant but I tried to do the right thing by checking.

Talking with Dr. Coons is like talking with a long time trusted friend. He treated me the same, as if I am important and my medical needs are a top priority to him. He is the exception these days. Many other doctors are in too much of a hurry and can't be bothered.

This provider performed a micro surgery on my R knee years ago. He did a great job and also informed me that when I get older I might have little pain with that knee . he was absolutely correct. Now occasionally I feel some mild pain when I take long wIlks.

Thorough and complete, easy to understand explanation of what to expect and why.

My first meeting with Dr Coons. Excellent appt. Rarely does a Dr spend this muchTime explaining the problem and options available. Great communication skills. Following the appt I informed my PCP who was delighted with the results of myMeeting and the plan we will follow

Dr. Coons is excellent, however, the rest of the staff I interacted with were subpar.
