Practice Philosophy:

I enjoy collaborating with all types of families, providing the knowledge and resources they need, in order for them to be able to make the best healthcare decisions for their child. For those children who end up requiring surgery, this includes taking the time to make sure everyone fully understands what the procedure will entail, that all questions are answered, and also being available for support during the postoperative period. I am committed to providing the best possible medical and surgical care for each and every child in my practice.

I was completely confident on going home after speaking with my son's doctor he did a great job of explaining and showing me what I needed to know about my son's condition and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know because I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about and cared about my child as well

Dr. Lashley was incredible. His bedside manner was extraordinary and he made my son feel involved in his own health and empowered. My son was nervous due to the nature of his visit, but left feeling confident. Dr. Lashley is a truly great doctor and his experience and care showed the whole visit. I have already told friends that if they ever need a pediatric urologist to go to him.
