Dawn Ann Mattinson, ARNP, family medicine, joined MultiCare in June 2013. She received her undergraduate degree from Washington State University in Pullman, where she also went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing degree.

Dawn Ann is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Ambulatory Perianesthesia. Dawn Ann has worked at Rockwood as a Registered Nurse since 2005.

    Dawn A Mattinson has been my daughter and my provider for 10 years. She really gets to know her patients and is very thorough in the care she provides. She provides a safe environment to discuss medical concerns and discusses options for care. She is better than any doctors we have worked with in the past.

    Dawn Ann is one of the best listeners for this type of work. Most are not. She picks up on any subtle issues, She offers other ideas. She presents any problems she sees. She smiles, is not patronizing, and greatly appreciated among the miasma of doctors, NP, etc. Would not want anyone else. 3 cheers for Dawn Ann!
