    The provider was very good about asking questions to understand my situation. He explained everything well and I was pleased that he was happy with the exercises I was doing at home rather than suggesting PT, and that he didn't push for, or even recommend, surgery.

    This was my second appointment with Dennis. Both times I felt that I was treated with the utmost respect. On both visits, I left feeling that the treatment offered (or provided on site) were right on target. I would and will refer anyone to him that might benefit from his services.

    Again. Very abuprt/short/rude. Problem was addressed. Eased some pain, but I honestly could not wait to get out cause how the attitude/environment was. Will not recommend and will find another Dr.to be a little more compassionate.

    Dr Frerichs is really good at explaining things in layman's terms so you understand what is going on and what is expected from you for the best outcome

    His explanation of my issue was through. The talked in layman terms, which I appreciated. Even though I'm a nurse, I really like it when physicians speak in English and not medical terms.
