Dr. Perez was extremely helpful with my major concern of setting up my applications for Washington State PFML and a third party Insurance used by my employer. These two programs could compensate my family financially over the six weeks of recovery. Both of these programs have to be signed off by a physician familiar with my procedure. Dr Perez started the ball rolling by looking through each of the packets I created and acknowledging their Importance.
