Douglas Sutherland, MD, FACS, is a board-certified urologist and fellowship-trained urologic oncologist specializing in the diagnosis, treatment and surgical management of urologic cancers. As Medical Director and Program Lead for Genitourinary Cancer at MultiCare Cancer Institute, Dr. Sutherland leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering advanced, personalized care for patients facing complex malignancies of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
With expertise in robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques, Dr. Sutherland provides comprehensive oncologic care for cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney and testicles. Since beginning his practice in 2007, he has performed thousands of cancer-related procedures and is widely regarded as one of the region’s most experienced and trusted urologic cancer surgeons.
