    This was my first appointment with this provider (Dr. Erika V.), but I immediately really liked her and felt as if she was actually listening and open to my questions. Not only that, but she actually *answered* them in a way that made sense, and also asked me several times if I had any more questions or concerns (which is extremely, extremely helpful for me). Seeing her was night and day difference compared to my last provider at this same location, whom I saw several times and never felt helped by.

    First off, I am very hard of hearing, and am basically a lip reader. Erika carefully enunciated every word, which made my visit a true pleasure. Erica explained my Medtronic results and offered thoughtfull advise about any of my concerns in full. She is not only a skilled PA-C, but her interpersonal expertise Is exemplary! I know how busy all of the medical staff are, but she was very patient and not once did she make me feel as If she was In a rush, (another great skill).

    As I had mentioned earlier, Erika Valtinson, PA-C is awesome. She listens, explains everything very clearly. She changed a few of my medications and I am excited to see if that will help me.
