    There was so much information discussed, and decisions changed--mine and hers. I couldn't remember the timelines for next appts. It would have been helpful to have an after visit summary sheet. I will ask for one next time. Dr. Orapeza is very thorough and reviews my labs and her previous notes before coming in to the exam room.
