It was a good experience but really it could have all been done over the phone or even in a MyChart message. I drove an hour in traffic and took my kid out of school to be told what could have been a phone call.

We really enjoy our neurologist. No complaints, very soft spoken, and answered our questions promptly and even listens to our concerns.
