Issac Cho was so kind, listened to all concerns, offered great solutions and I didn't feel rushed or like a number like I do with other doctors offices.

Only issue was tinnittis and nothing can be done. The hearing test was exp l ained. Simple visit. But my questions were answered.

Isaac listened to what I had to say. Was concerned about my problem, and cared about me. He was puzzled by my sudden hearing loss problem that lasted 2x for about 2-3 weeks, but is not present now. He was very kind and told me of the problem occurs again to contact him or the front desk and he would give me a "free pass" so I could see him--he said he would work me in so he could examine me while the loss of hearing was occurring. The young medical student who accompanied him was also very nice and capable.

I have always had pleasant experiences with Mr. Isaac Cho. At this visit I asked him if there was an agency in Spokane that could give me enlightenment about cell phones. I currently don't use one but am feeling pressured to buy one. He gave the matter some thought and suggested the store, "Best Buy", as a good place to start.
