    I saw Jennifer Banks in the office - she is a fantastic, caring provider and I appreciate her very much much. The aid, I believe his name was Joey, who saw me to my room and provided the tetanus vaccine was incredible and very excellent at his job.

    Jennifer is amazing at her job. Her transparency, professionalism, and obvious desire to find an solution' instead of a bandaid fix was amazing. I've been hesitant to continue looking for preventative care, and her willingness to listen and to look into the why' behind my symptoms gave me some hope for relief that I'd started to give up on. Even if there isn't an answer long term, having a care team member care as much as she does will make all the difference. I'm very grateful that I had the opportunity to be seen by her.

    Great experience. I hate minor procedures and getting sliced open. Dr and Joey kept my mind at ease talking to me. They were both awesome.

    Jennifer went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. She set up much needed care for my son with a diabetes specialist. His PCP visit was not until April and he couldn't wait that long with type 1 diabetes. She listened and fixed the problem/delay.

    Jennifer Banks is very competent and compassionate in her treatment protocols and her diagnosis and recommendations for care are working for me. Her diagnosis of no pertussis has proven correct per the lab results. Joey was also very good in every way.
