    Came straight in and on to the computer and kept looking at it. Very off putting as a new patient. I don't remember her even introducing herself to me. I didn't feel very welcomed or concerned for. Very business like not personable.

    It was such a relief to finally see someone who listened to me and knew what they were talking about, Jennifer is fantastic!

    For the first time in years, I felt heard and validated. Dr. Permann explained my condition, and several options for treatment. We picked what we both thought was best, and talked about next steps. I came to this clinic solely to see this provider based on her reputation, and other patients experiences. I was so impressed by her care.

    Jennifer Permann explained in detail the meds she prescribed and how to administer them. And described to me why this all happened to me.The pharmacist asked If I have any questions. I said no she explained it to me very well. Immediately went home and applied the creams=instant relief.
