    Jennifer Jones is always very good at explaining changes in my labs, answering questions that I have about my treatment plan and medications, and helping me set future goals to keep my diabetes in check.

    I'm so thankful for the time Jennifer Jones spent discussing my thyroid health and proper care. She was able to segregate the symptoms into a plan of treatment which I feel very confident with.     I'm going to ask for a different provider. My last provider at this office was wonderful. This provider greeted me in a very cranky way and was cranky throughout the visit. She scoffed, when I asked about having a virtual visit next time and it Is clearly something she does not want to do. Very rude. What's up with that? Unusual for a Multicare provider.
