Dr. Pontarolo is an excellent physician, she takes time to go over and explain all of my history and test results. She asks about any other issues I might have questions about and what I might need to follow up on. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Pontarolo as my care provider and have this clinic to rely on

I always tell people how wonderful Dr. Pontarollo is! She's kind, Personable, attentive, and caring. She REALLY listens. She makes me feel as if she is personally concerned for me specifically not just sort of a generic patient with a set of generic responses. This time she convinced me to try to get qualified for a prescription assistance plan that MultiCare has. My experience with multi care billing, and my ability to get help from them has not been good, but Dr. Pontarollo convinced me that even though I feel like the system is broken, there are still some good things in the system. Her concern and care encouraged me to get help and the help was provided and now I don't have to skip my medication anymore. I am very, very happy with the care I received from her.
