    It was so refreshing to have a doctor who looked at me, talked to me, and was not focused on a computer. I almost cried because I don't experience this very often anymore. He was frank with his discussion while also kind and understanding. Please do whatever you need to do to keep him.

    Dr. Rowlands explained my condition thoroughly and effectively eased my concerns with appropriate follow up. To further explicate my diagnosis, he shared my CT scan with me with accompanying feedback. He responded to my questions respectfully.

    He was very personable and I liked that he took the time to hear my entire story (most doctors don't bother with all of that) but I would have liked some more clear and direct communication about the implications of my test results (I had to ask whether they were normal, and I didn't even learn what most of them were even for).

    Dr. Rowlands showed concern about my health issue; my concern was he addressed my medications and my care plan and how to follow my care plan with successful treatment getting my asthma managed. We discussed treatments and follow up care. Yes I would highly recommend this clinic including all staff to future patients. Excellent treatment. Jolene is an exceptional receptionist.
