    Like always, Dr. topping listen to our concerns, answered them. When my daughter had other questions, he showed her images to answer her questions so she would understand them even more. What a great physician!

    I was not satisfied with the care the provider gave to my daughter and how he expressed her results as to be normal when she is having hearing issues in one of her ears and how he addressed her issues in the exam room.

    Nothing was a surprise. To date I have a plan that has been played out for me. We've discussed everything so far. Next step is surgical biopsy. I've been told that they will be in touch within the week. I believe it.
