Jonathan Mitchell, MD, FACOG, is an OBGYN, who provides the full spectrum of gynecologic care for women. Among the procedures he offers are colposcopy, sterilization, abdominal or vaginal hysterectomy, and specialization in minimally invasive surgery. If he hadn’t chosen to become a doctor, he would have gone into medical research or biochemistry. Away from work, he enjoys cycling, golfing, traveling and spending time with his wife and kids.

    He was very attentive and listened to every question I had and answered them thoroughly and told me we will discuss next steps once information from the appointment is available.

    Dr. Mitchell is by far the best doctor I've ever had!!!!

    Dr. Mitchell was immediately upfront that he had never seen me as a patient previously and took the time to review my chart thoroughly in the room. He made sure to address everything that has impacted my pregnancy thus far - including an US that had been previously reviewed. He made sure that I had no lingering questions regarding my care. Dr. Mitchell thoughtfully answered all of my questions and was personable throughout the visit. Even though it was clear he had had a busy day, he did not make my appointment feel rushed.

    For the first time, I felt truly heard by a GYN. He listened to me, educated me, and let me make my own decision. He also went above and beyond by checking my previous lab results and caught that one for my thyroid is likely inaccurate due to pregnancy.
