This doctor just did not listen to my concern at all, he just wanted to kick me out as soon as possible. Absolutely disappointed on the care provided and big disrespect with my time. Now I will have to start over in another place.

It's more important to me than ever that medical staff make eye contact, listens, and hears me when there's been way too many providers over involved in my care and incorrect charting done often so seeing Dr Tsai being heard and helped was genuinely refreshing!
