She showed me examples of the issue with some pictures then showed me his nose so I could see what she was referring to

I think NP was annoyed with my turn off work-brain, turn on Mom brain, don't be momRN, scatter-brained, Perimenopausal way of responding to questions and prompts. Going straight from questionnaire to question prompts was an awkward transition, as well.

She was so nice and thorough..she was fast but efficient and my daughter felt very comfortable..I understood everything discussed and felt really good leaving the appointment. She also went out if her way to male sure we could do follow-ups closer to home going forward

Katherine did a phenomenal job of explaining to my husband in Spanish over our daughter's situation. Truly felt inclusive without needing an interpreter. My husband felt included and well informed.

The provider immediately came in talking about why she wasn't a candidate for surgery. Surgery was not my goal and I never even mentioned surgery. My goal was to get some answers about what was causing her symptoms and relief for my child's enlarged tonsils and chronic sore throat, which we didn't get. I left feeling frustrated and back to square one instead of feeling like she actually wanted to find out the cause and help us.
