    Katie is an excellent provider. Very caring and empathetic. I understand why she is in high demand. I appreciated the time she took to explain the pre-auth process since there were issues with that and now that I understand the process, I can do more to help the process along. I also really appreciated Katie's guidance about treatment I needed to consider to help my weight loss journey.

    Katie is an excellent provider. She is always on top of everything. She provides information from the time I walk in the door of things that she might think I need to know to things and answers of questions that I ask during the visit she dots the eyes crosses the tease and make sure that everything that I need or that is required of the visit is taken care of and the provider always follows through after with a phone call or a My Chart note her care is excellent
