We had an extenuating circumstance that made me have anxiety. I lost a child 12 years ago and hearing that my almost 10 year old needed surgery was very difficult on me. Lauren took the time to explain everything and assure me that everything would be ok and went through step by step everything! She was amazing and I am so so thankful for these drs and clinic who took every care they could to ensure we were ok before we left the clinic.

She did a fantastic job explaining things. We've had broken bones before but she was very informative in the way she explained the do's and don'ts. I was glad for her explanations. I also appreciated how she spoke to my child and him questions directly.
