Magdalena is very compassionate and I feel comfortable around her. She had not dealt with a ptsd patient I believe before but she is helping me do all the steps I need to including getting into therapy which I already started so they can manage my meds. She is unsure about fmla paperwork and filling out state medical paperwork but I help her through it because I have been on it before and have experience with it.
