Marie Brenden, ARNP-BC, has been an oncology resitered nurse for more than 30 years and an oncology advanced registered nurse practitioner for nearly 25 years. She has worked in all aspects of oncology care, including both in-patient and outpatient settings, oncology case management and as a coordinator for clinical trials.

In her free time, Marie is a competitive powerlifter and has competed at the national and world levels. In addition to competing, she also coaches. Marie also enjoys woodworking, kayaking, hiking and snowshoeing with her spouse. She has two grandchildren who are the light of her life.
