    Little to no dialog with the DR. I feel I do not have his undivided attention. Spends too much time on the computer. Vacillates decisions. There is NO patient/Doctor connection

    I am having prostate cancer problems. Dr. Iversen has been very kind and thoughtful and taking care of all my concerns. I think Dr. Iversen is giving me the best care possible.

    Doctor has trouble with time management, difficulty using computer system and poor communication skills. Barely spoke to us and spent almost all the time in front of computer. Last verbal instructions muttered under his breath.

    He was very good at looking at my prescriptions and changes made, diligent about filling out my FMLA paperwork, but little tile was left for anything else, very disappointed, felt like production line situation.

    I have recommended Dr. Iversen to a lot of other people, because he is excellent at listening and he catches things that other people have missed. He also ends up making sure nothing is failing between the cracks as the specialists I see don't always treat me as a whole person. Dr. Iversen treats me as a whole person with systemic issues. He's also very kind. I appreciate that.

    Because I have hearing aids it is often difficult to make out every word Dr. Iversen says. He has this thing of his voice trailing off. Mostly not a major problem
