    There were notes entered in my chart that were not discussed with me at the time of the appointment. Had I not read the notes I would not have been aware of some of the items that were allegedly discussed.

    Mary is wonderful to see and is very helpful in helping me with my sleep Apnea. Any question I have she answers and I feel like I am valued as a patient and not just a number.
