    No proposed treatments needed. My health insists on being good!! I was told to just keep doing what I have been doing: regular exercise, keeping a regular sleep schedule, being aware of my sleep and its quality/quanity. Mary said she would like to have more patients like me. I'm retired and my only job now is to stay in good health.
