Matthew (Matt) Croppi, PA-C
Matthew (Matt) Croppi, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine. Matt only sees patients who are eligible for the PACE program. Matt brings more than eight years of experience in adult internal medicine, along with an additional year of neurohospitalist experience. As a rural health scholar, he is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, particularly in communities with unique access and health care needs.
Matt was inspired to pursue a career in health care by a strong desire to care for others and help improve their quality of life. He values building trust with patients, supporting them during vulnerable moments, and contributing to positive, lasting health outcomes. Giving back to his community while making a meaningful difference in people’s everyday lives continues to drive his work in medicine. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar and drums, and reading science fiction novels. He also enjoys cooking and considers any meal a success if it’s not burned.
My approach to patient care is grounded in empathy, respect and clear communication. I prioritize listening to patients, understanding their individual need, and involving them in decisions about their care.
