Practice Philosophy:

My approach to patient care is a team approach, making sure the patient feels involved in the decision-making process and satisfied when coming to a consensus. This involves discussing the case often with their other medical providers and sometimes their family members in order to agree on the best path forward. My goal is to provide excellent surgical and compassionate care while keeping the patient involved in their medical care along the way.

He listened, explained the body processes in layman's terms (not necessary but appreciated because it lets me know he wants his clients to understand what is happening), and he did not push surgery. I find many surgeons only know their specialization, cutting to be blunt, and so I call them butchers first, preventive medicine second. Dr. Dale gave me the impression that he would not bully me into a surgery unnecessarily. That is unfortunately rare for surgeons.

Both the check in nurse and the doctor were awesome. Took the time to explain everything thoroughly and consisely.
