    The Dr was amazing. Made sure my child knew all the options for his care. Had amazing bedside manner and did A thorough examination. My child felt safe and heard.

    Dr. Frost was lovely. He made medical decisions, presented it to us, and explained what information he used to decide on the treatment plan. It was very helpful to understand the why's behind what we had to do. It's horrible to live in a full arm cast and taking the time to really be sure that we really needed to do take that step was so reassuring.

    Dr. Frost and entire team has always had our daughter's best interest from the very beginning of her scoliosis journey, every visit we are reassured that we as a family and team are doing what is best for {patient name removed} now and for her future as she gets older. They are amazing at answering all questions with details and explaining it until we fully understand it, they are wonderful continuing to answer questions even if they are the same questions at appointments. We have been in wonderful hands for the last 8 years with the best team, we are so grateful!

    Dr. Frost makes my daughter feel very comfortable. Along with myself, he explained everything in great detail. Not like other Drs who don't get back to you.

    Dr. Frost described everything just great. The only off putting thing was it seemed rushed even though we were early. He spoke very quickly, it was almost hard to follow as someone who takes a hit to process things.

    He arrived late, completely rushed through her exam. Explained in terms I didn't understand and had to ask for clarification, never sat down to make us feel like he was there to listen and discuss. Everything with him was incredibly rushed and glossed over. I had to question when he said no follow up to which he realized we would indeed need to have a follow up appointment. Didn't put his signature on the prescription slip and just walked out without explanation of whether someone would be bringing us paperwork or what next steps were. It was incredibly frustrating.
