Dr. Listened intently to the "back history" to form an opinion about moving forward. I liked that because mechanism if injury would prevent proper diagnostics moving forward.

I have actually already recommended Dr. Nathan Spence to my parents because of how kind, thorough, and compassionate he was with me. I didn't sense any judgement of any kind.

Dr. Spence is so great. He listens carefully, explains things well, and really seems to truely care. I wish I could find a PCP as great as Dr. Spence.

Dr Spence took the time to explain two possible testing procedures, which he prefers and why. This was because we have to wait for my insurance to decide which of the two options to take. He made sure I understood and agreed with his recommendation. He listened to everything I had to say, expressed that he understood and cared, then gave me opportunity to ask any additional questions I could think of - which I did do.

The provider explained things to me and my wife so we understood the issues I am facing.

Although I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to see Dr. Spence I didn't mind at all because he is always so good to listen to the patients' problems no matter how long it might take.

I'm impressed with each meeting. A far cry from several years ago.
