    Dr. Spence is an awesome doctor. He is always direct and explains how the heart functions or areas it's not doing what it is suppose to. A very scary part of your body to have to worry about. But he eases your mind in telling you of tests and procedures to be done, to see If there may be a sense of urgency or just getting yourself on a good routine of better living, and how to help take care of Issues that have started surfacing. I leave very satisfied after seeing him. Knowing my well being is in very good hands. I have complete faith in him.

    Dr Spence seems to think very highly of himself and his appearance. I'm not sure if he acts like this with only females. I was alone so I cannot say how he would act with a male presence. He gave me the ick; with how he presented himself, his posture and attitude.Overall he comes across as friendly, and knowledgeable but can be somewhat dismissive. When I told him about experiencing lightheadedness in certain situations, he made a comment about how it's probably my inner ear.
