    She not only listened to and included me in the care she was providing for me, she gave me much needed information about a biopsy on my thyroid that my GP was not communicating. It was a relief to be heard and to be given insight on something my GP didn't have time to discuss. Google is scary. Having to rely on it for information was terrifying.

    My experience was unusually good in this regard, excellent in fact! Upon arrival, I was irritated regarding only having 20 minutes scheduled for a "first time" appointment, but without voicing my frustration at all, we had a thorough discussion of my issue and needs for 40 minutes! (Which I thanked him for!)

    Dr. Strasser approached this medical issue from a "do no harm" perspective. While I didn't get the outcome I was hoping for, his decisions and explanations proved he cared beyond just relief. He explained the next steps in excellent detail and allowed me to be part of the decisions.
