I was ready to recommend the provider to my husband because he is in need of a new PCP, however, she never got back to me about the results of my x-ray. The x-ray showed a fracture bone in my foot. I sent a message through the care chart, but still have not heard from anybody.

Dr. Bosma is absolutely wonderful. I came in somewhat frightened and she explained everything so well.

Not my usual primary care doctor but was the one available. Felt disconnected and not personal. I feel I had to ask questions on what to eat what to take then had to follow up with multiple questions about the lab work process. Being someone who is not in the medical field I really have no idea how these things work so more explanation would have been helpful and reassurance.
