Two appointments with Patrick Henley, both very good. He is knowledgeable but more importantly he is able explain very clearly

Dr Henley was great, explained results of pacemaker data, showed concern for a drug and recommended discussing with my primary doctor about lowering the dose. Exceptional attention.

Dr. Henley is the first specialist I have felt respected me. He listened to me and made me feel heard. He gave me a plan and didn't send me off without giving me a plan to help me find out what is going on with my body.

Love Dr. Henley! When he walks into the room, you know that he's already reviewed your chart and knows what's going on. He doesn't take half the appointment time to scroll through your chart trying to remember who you are and why you're there. He has a great bedside manner and shows genuine concern for your health and well-being.

He addressed all my questions completely, reviewed diagrams (I'm a visual type) explaining what has already happened and what will take place during the procedure. He explained risks involved and reviewed 2 scenarios that may have to be considered if standard procedures need to be adjusted. After waiting 4 months for Cardiac MRI, MRI briefing on Monday being able to meet with Dr Henley Tuesday helped relieve a lot of the stress I'm been experiencing. He has given me a light at the end of the tunnel I haven't had in 6 months when I first learned of the collapsed artery.

Dr Henley always listens to all my questions/concerns and never makes me feel like my situation is not important.

Dr. Henley listens carefully, spends time to explain and consider plan. He is thorough and easy to understand.

Great experience! I was listened to and given many helpful suggestions. I left the visit with a good and clear plan of care. As someone with unusual symptoms and a complex health history, I am often not listened to or helped by the health care system but that was the contrary here. I felt the doctor cared, had a vast understanding and knowledge about my concerns, and provided great steps to address my concerns.
