Hands down one of the best doctor experiences I've had. I felt I had my doctor's complete attention and he was very easy to speak with.

Very textbook provider. Seemed to have no concern of my issue by not showing any curiosity. Did not ask additional questions to help determine the cause of issue. Took paper test results as nothing is wrong because test came back fine so therefore you have no issue. Felt like provider was just there to do a job and provided no personal bedside manner. Felt very robotic in nature.

I will not be returning to this audiologist. He was rude and was not accommodating in any way. There was no empathy from him at all.

The audiology appointment went well. I had no concerns about the visit and appreciated this follow up appointment.

Care provider did not discuss any problems with my hearing or what would be done. He did say that I needed hearing aids,didn't say why or what the problem was. Did not give me a hand out to read or anything like that. I wanted to give him a better rating, but he did not explain anything. He was very nice and kept asking if I had any questions. I did not know what to ask. I don't think too clearly or very fast since my fall.

Dr. Inouye was very professional and engaging. He explained each test that I will be doing and explained what it all meant. He kept up a steady friendly banter which kept me calm and at ease. When the tests were completed, he explained all the options available to me and made sure I understood and answered any and all of my questions. Excellent care!

Dr. Inouye is an outstanding physician. I am extremely disappointed what is happening with the insurance company or Multicare, whomever is responsible for changing the way auditorial scheduling is taking place and that I am unable to have him fit me for my hearing aids
