At the core, I believe this is possible through a combination of what current guidelines for treatment are as well as what the patient is comfortable with.     Dr. Patel was great. Friendly and personable. He answered my questions. He maybe went a little fast on some information, explaining the tests and the results, but I'd already seen the summary so that was okay. His decision to order more tests was what I expected so all was good.

    While Dr Patel always takes as much time with me as possible, it's obvious the doctors are all on a time limit when seeing patients. I know they are terribly overbooked, but something needs to help the dictor slow down & take as much time with a patient as necessary. It sometimes feels like an assembly line, & that is NOT Dr Patel's fault

    Dr Patel is an excellent doctor. He apologized for being late and showed me his concerns for my issues. He was patient and listened to me. He did not make me feel rushed to get to his next patient. I truly appreciated that. It wasn't my fault he was running late and gave me the time I needed to listen to me and showed me he cared about me.
