Excellent service. The optometrist was amazing, she was engaging and comfortable to work with. The doctor was friendly, efficient, and showed compassion in a professional way. Reception staff were quick, professional, and friendly. Clearly answered my questions.

When he finished looking in my eyes, I asked what he saw, his flippant answer was, everything. I felt put off and told him I didn't like that.

The Eye Clinic is the best team at Multicare. Other departments could learn about service from them.

I waited a bit due to the fact that the medication administered needed time to take effect. When the Dr. Came in he introduced himself and asked why I was there. I told him I'd been referred by my primary after reporting my eyes had been stinging and at times my eyes water profusely for no apparent reason- also that I'd had a vitreous hemorrhage in one eye and hadn't received a full check on my eyes had been health since then, about four years ago. In a way I felt perhaps he was a bit busy to be seeing someone like me.
