My care provider was amazing however I'm switching clinics due to poor communication by the office

I was nervous about symptom. PA discussed why she was not concerned and gave me home solutions ( which worked)

Rylee was the first provider I have ever had that actually listened to me and my issues and offered possible solutions rather than just tell me I have to deal with it or brush it off as anxiety just because I have a history of it.

Rylee is a great NP. She is patient and caring. She makes sure I am involved with all my health decision. We figure put what treatment is best. I love she asks me my opinion and works with me.

Rylee was very knowledgeable, made direct eye contact as she listened and chose a plan of care.

I thought My issue was related to something else. But the Nurse Practitioner was correct and I am already feeling better.

I actually recommended her to my stepmom yesterday after my appointment. My stepmom grew up in the Spokane area, but spends half of the year down in Arizona and is looking for a physician up here as well as she's aging.

I understand that it was likely policy that resulted in this poor experience, but I felt rushed and like I was just a number to be pushed through. My appointment was an annual physical where I had hoped I would be able to discuss new and existing concerns. I was informed many times that I could not do that or I would be charged extra. I feel this policy is poorly written and regulated. One of the core points to a physical is to discuss patient well-being and I was not allowed to do so. Every concern I wanted to discuss was either half hazardly dismissed or I was told to not talk about it and just schedule a new appointment. I would have felt better about it if there was some discussion and a request from the provider for a follow-up.
