    Sara is so very nice and friendly and respectful and truly cares and has a good heart.

    They gave me a new prescription so I could sleep last night. It was wonderful. There was a steroid pain went away almost automatically.

    Sara Diem was slower today - almost human. She generally conveys information as quickly as a voice-over for a new car dealership ad. Today, she was more like a native New Yorker. I learned a lot in a very short time. I feel like she could teach compressed courses as a university professor, thereby allowing undergraduate students to complete their bachelor's degrees in a single semester.
