Sara Holt-Knox, ARNP

Sara Patricia Holt-Knox, ARNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine.

Away from work, Sara enjoys spending time outdoors gardening and appreciating the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She also loves art, music and values the creativity of the people in our community. Sara often volunteers with nonprofits focused on helping those in the community who are struggling or most vulnerable.

The services Sara provides include:

• Wellness and preventative care
• Management of chronic conditions
• Contraception, (such as IUD and Implanon)
• Small procedures such as in-office skin biopsy, I&D, basic splinting
• Inclusive care and dementia care

I strive to treat each individual in a respectful and inclusive manner. I aim to provide care based on current evidence, and also use a collaborative approach to determine the best wellness or treatment plan that meet a person's personal health goals.
