    Dr. Hampton listens and clearly describes options and decisions regarding care. I feel like it's a good partnership in choosing what is best for my health, as she takes into consideration all I am thinking and what seems best in her expertise.

    It was just such an enlightening experience. Dr. Sarah was extremely concerned and informative to the point where I actually 100% understood what she said. I cannot say THANK YOU enough Dr. Sarah. You helped me more than you could ever possibly know.

    I was delighted to finally meet Sarah Hampton. She is very professional, but easy to talk with. She shared my concerns and fully explained my options. I felt heard and seen. Plus she quickly responded via email to questions I had after reviewing the visit summary and notes.

    The only problem is that there is never enough time to thoroughly discuss my health concerns because our insurance doesn't allow adequate time for patient/doctor relationships. Dr. Hampton is a marvelous young doctor. A DO! The best!

    Dr. Hampton is an amazing doctor. I have medical anxiety and have had several doctors in the past who gaslighted or just plainly didnt listen to me, but Dr. Hampton immediately made me feel comfortable. She listens deeply, repeats back to verify, asks questions, is never judgemental, and makes sure to take the time to really talk with me-- I never feel like I'm just a name on a calendar, and I feel like she sees me and my health as a whole picture. Dr. Hampton is able to listen to my disorganized rambling, sort it into important data, and stay focused all while making sure I feel supported. Seeing Dr. Hampton has significantly improved my heath, not just because she's an excellent doctor, but also because she has excellent "bedside manner." I am even less anxious about medical professionals overall because of my incredibly positive experiences with Dr. Hampton.

    I had three major concerns. One was getting off a medication, she read the responses of other doctors and did not want to let me just stop so we lowered the dosage. Second concern was about birth control, she explained to me the risks of getting on a lower dose suggested by my rheumatologist and gave an alternative idea explaining the risks and benefits. The alternative sounded more well and we went with it. My third concern was about gluten intolerance and to finally get tested may answer a ton of questions. Sarah was a huge help that day and I'm very grateful
