As I said, Dr Shogren is a breath of fresh air. She listened to me, she actually palpated both my feet, pressing and feeling for responses. She was able to articulate the problems. She was clear and concise as to what was going on. She gave home exercises/stretches, a paper as to where to pick up a few things to help my foot, and ordered PT. She was so on track, so efficient without acting busy or wanting to move on to someone else. She smiled! Get tired of burnt out non smiling, do you a favor kind of doctors! I trusted her because she listened. She was professional, and knew her stuff. I 'allowed' her to give me 2 shots..yikes. I took my mom to see her, and when I had foot problems, I decided to switch doctors, because I knew Shogren would really follow thru with all my concerns.

Dr. Shogren is outstanding. She did an excellent job removing the skin lesion. Less than 48 hours later, there is very little pain as it heals.

Dr Shogren was very professional, yet pleasant, an excellent listener, and very thorough in addressing the issue: its cause, its affect, and its cure.

This is my second visit with Dr. Shogren. I like and trust her. Here is a suggestion: that within 24 hours of the visit, the patient have the option to submit a question or concern that didn't occur to the patient at the time of the visit. And that there be no charge for this tying up of loose ends. I come to the appointments with a list prepared, but I have no control over the actions of others, only my own reaction. Sometimes I end up mentally kicking myself for not getting closure. This appointment was one of those times.

Dr Shogren Is very personable & professional.Came to my side looked me in the eyes & talked & explained things to me. NOT looking at the computer ALL the time. Very very nice lady. I would certainly refer her to anyone.

Obe, it was nice to be seen so quickly, and to have dr. Shogren show me my e rays and being very clear what was going on. I'm an obese woman and not once did she say it was all due to my weight, which I know is a contributing factor to my issue. She asked where I wanted to be seen and gave clear instructions for recovery
