    The appointment was regarding my blood pressure and associated low salt levels noted from my last blood draw. Dr showed me a graph of the past 6 years blood draws & how enalapril most likely was associated with my low salt levels. Since the change to a different medicine has not kept my blood pressure within acceptable levels he increased the dosage to see if that would address both of these issues.

    This was my twice a year check in. No order for labs so he talked to me about my results from 6 months ago. He didn't inquire about my ongoing conditions such as arthritis and depression.
