Sean Spector, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified urogynecologist specializing in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. He cares for patients with pelvic floor conditions that can affect comfort, confidence and daily life, offering both nonsurgical and advanced surgical options tailored to each patient’s needs. Dr. Spector treats a wide range of conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and bowel incontinence, overactive bladder, urethral diverticulum, vaginal cysts and fistulas, and vaginal dryness related to menopause. He performs robotic, laparoscopic, and vaginal surgeries for pelvic organ prolapse, including uterine-preserving approaches, as well as urethral bulking and sling procedures for stress urinary incontinence. His expertise also includes injection therapies and nerve implant treatments for urgency incontinence and overactive bladder.

He was drawn to health care by a lifelong desire to help people in meaningful, hands-on ways. He values the opportunity to support patients with highly personal conditions that can have a major impact on quality of life. Outside of work, Dr. Spector enjoys home improvement projects, cooking, exercise and personal finance. He also likes trying new restaurants with his wife and hiking with their dogs.
