    Dr Ionescu seems to have trouble remembering which pharmacy to fax{ patient name removed} Rx's to, leaving me to have to go pick them up and deliver them or call the office to have them redirected. All of this results in a delay in her getting her meds. He's not been good about staying in contact with her care facility.
