I appreciated the time that each provider spent with us!

Although the provider did a reasonable job assessing my teenager, she did not seem to know how to engage with her. The providers demeanor was not very nurturing and with very little empathy or emotion. Surprising for a pediatric office.

The doctor who visited my child was really supportive and patient. She explained every details to me and my daughter perfectly. Her appreciate her patience, because my child is not an easy child.

We have seen multiple doctors in urgent care, hospital and general practice and not one explained why {patient name removed} was having the symptoms. It has been a very frustrating last few months and Shawna Hood summed it up within minutes.

Provider seemed very condescending when answering my questions or speaking to me. Not very kid friendly, didn't put forth effort to make my child feel comfortable.

I felt like she could have been more child friendly she didn't really even acknowledge my child I know she's a baby but she could still be more personable
