Shiliang Chang, MD, is a board-certified surgeon specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Chang has a special interest and expertise in breast reconstruction, especially autologous microvascular breast reconstruction cases such as deep inferior epigastric perforator flap (DIEP), superficial inferior epigastric artery flap (SIEA), transverse upper gracilis myocutaneous flap (TUG) and profunda artery perforator flap (PAP). In additional, she performs basic general and reconstructive plastic surgeries such as brachioplasty (arm lift), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and other body contouring procedures.
Away from work, she enjoys traveling and visiting other countries with her family.
