Shivani Murarka, MD

Dr. Shivani Murarka is a fellowship-trained urogynecologist who specializes in the comprehensive surgical and non-surgical management of pelvic floor disorders. Her skillset includes repair of complex pelvic organ prolapse, management of urinary and fecal incontinence, repair of female pelvic fistulae, and management of complications from labor and delivery. She also has a special interest in adult transgender care and a minimally invasive vaginal approach to surgery.

Dr. Murarka grew up in Texas, but she spent every summer visiting her grandparents in Tri-Cities, WA and exploring the nearby National Parks. She knew she wanted to be closer to nature, which is what drew her to beautiful Olympia! She spends most of her free time with her husband and three large rescue pups hiking outdoors or playing board games at home. She enjoys woodworking and interior design, making craft cocktails for friends and family, traveling and exploring new cultures, listening to audiobooks, and practicing mindfulness with yoga and meditation.
