    Sindy, the Nurse Practioner, is outstanding! She was extremely skillful in evaluating, examining, and diagnosing my problem and developing a plan of care. She asked if I had other questions or concerns which I appreciated and was grateful for her response to the other ENT issue I asked about. She is a caring, extremely knowledgeable health care professional. All health care workers should emulate this woman.

    Sindy was an amazing provider, so compassionate and very transparent. I think she offered me one of the best provider care experiences I've had in a while. Rachel did my hearing test and she was very professional, kind and transparent. My hearing test went so quickly and I felt as though she gave great instructions.

    I have had really poor experiences with ENT doctors so I was apprehensive about this appointment. It could not have gone better-I wish all providers showed the knowledge and caring that Sindy del Fierro does-she is amazing. Multicare better hang on to her-she is wonderful. I have literally not had an ENT care provider like this In over 40 years since my great old ENT doctor retired. Sindy del Fierro explained everything about both my immediate-as well as my long time ear pain and symptoms in detail, and she gave me hope that if its possible that I will finally perhaps get some relief from long time painful symptoms.

    I have known Sindy for many years. She is always kind, caring and thorough. She suggested I come in for regular, scheduled ear cleanings, which I appreciate very much. My ear problems stem from a childhood injury.

    So happy that I found Sindy for ear cleaning. I previously struggled with impacted cerumen and dealt with uncomfortable treatment from other practitioners. The wax removal with Sindy is so comfortable.
