    When I came in I thought I was having my Annual exam but in fact I was needing an urgent clearance for an upcoming procedure. I did not know that my neurosurgeon had sent the form the Sonya's office. When she came into see me she asked how I felt about doing the clearance and changing the rest of my physical to another day. I was so happy for this and how she saw this and accommodated me! I hadn't even seen the message yet from my neurosurgeon. I really appreciate Sonya and her team for how hard they work! The entire office does such a good job.

    Sonya took the time to listen to me, after losing my baby kitty it was very very difficult. And I didn't feel like she was judging me in any way shape or form. I felt like she had genuine concern for my well-being. We discussed all the options that I had as far as medication so I felt like an informed decision was made. And I also felt like I was part of that decision.

    She was wonderful! Explained why or how my leg was hurting and what I needed to do to help it heal. Very thorough and compassionate. Gave me a list of exercises to help my knee get stronger.

    My PA reviews all documents from physicians (ie eye doctor and made sure I was up to date on all vaccines). Yearly PSA test was updated and results from lab was returned within 8 hours

    Sonya's knowledge is incredible and she always takes the time to make sure I'm informed. I have a very complex health history with ALOT of medication allergies and she realized this when prescribing the medication I would need for treatment rather than it being caught at the time in pharmacy speeding up my time for treatment! I wouldn't have to wait for the pharmacist to call for a new Rx etc. I really appreciate Sonya's thoroughness.
